About Us

Who Are We?

Medical Tattoo Centers of America Blaine, MN Location

Medical Tattoo & Cosmetic Centers of America was started by Layla Salim. Born and raised in Minnesota, Salim graduated from Mayo Clinic’s School of Health Sciences Surgical First program. After graduation, she worked at a cosmetic surgery center and later a dermatology center, where the need for a medical tattoo artist dedicated to hair loss and scars was evident.

Why Choose Us?

Medical Tattoo Centers of America is the first center of its kind in the state of Minnesota. We specialize in female and male hair loss solutions and provide several traditional services that help clients look and feel their best. For maximum comfort and privacy, only one patient is scheduled at a time. Your care and privacy are our number one priority.

Skin Care Consultation by Medical Tattoo Centers of America in the Twin Cities

Will It Work for Me?

Because every patient is different, treatment varies greatly from patient to patient depending on several factors. This includes, but is not limited to, the location of treatment, size of the area, desired outcome, current density, and skin pigmentation. This is why all of our services require a consultation to determine eligibility and cost of treatment. All consultations are free and may be done in person or via email. All services also include a free touchup within the first six months after initial treatment.

Our Safety Procedures

At our clinic, we provide the utmost safety and sterility for you and for us. For any procedure we do, we will go through a surgical scrub to ensure our hands are sterile. From there, we will don a mask and gloves to add an extra layer of safety for you and us. Between each appointment, we thoroughly clean the clinic with sanitizers and cleaners that are typically found in hospitals. Additionally, we ask that if you need to bring someone with you for your appointment, you limit it to just one person. To learn more about the safety procedures we adhere to, contact us today.
